第六章 結論與建議

第四節 研究者省思

撰寫論文的歷程可說是濃烈的五味雜陳,無論是在訪談或反覆閱讀逐字稿 的過程,我經常湧起深深的感謝和感動,感謝兩位正式研究參與者和前導研究 參與者,願意將內心這些細緻柔軟的、深層的、不假修飾的自己分享給我這個 外人,我時常想自己何德何能被允許聽取這些可能連身邊親密親友都還不認識 的他們的生命深處,對我來說,這是種被信任,我也因此感受到自己有責任好 好寫出這篇論文,不辜負這般珍貴難得的生命故事。但這的確是又甜又苦的挑 戰,一方面受限於我不夠厚實的生命智慧與不生動的表達能力,一方面有些體 驗之深刻,本身就難以言喻,求好心切,為了盡可能貼近參與者的經驗,花了許 多時間設法參透、下的去參與者的內心世界,在字句上推敲,第四章經過反覆 修改便花了一年出頭的時間。

此外,在第四章裡,由於參與者的自我覺察經驗追根究柢談及的是自己生 而為人的樣子,因此在做主題詮釋和整體詮釋時,會受到如何理解一個人的觀 點所影響,這段時間我正好修習諮商理論,接觸到不同諮商學派對人的理解視 框,隨著課程介紹到哪個諮商取向,我發現自己在抓取訊息或理解上,視角就 會有些偏向,雖然都有說得通之處,但我整體主要是參考個人中心學派的觀點 作為對參與者經驗的敘述和詮釋,這可能是我個人理解人的傾向,也可能是就 參與者處在大自然場域來說,它能順暢契合地詮釋,此外或許也有些我帶著但 沒有察覺的視框,因此,讀者閱讀時能帶著判讀的意識,也可從故事中產生自 己的理解。

說到參與者的故事之所以令我感動,是因為我從中看見人的善與美,在不 同人的故事裡,生命幽暗處底下竟是向善向上的出發點,我聽見共同的心聲是

「我希望我是好的」、「我想要好」,每個人都渴望被自己和他人接受,這渴望 如此樸實無華,以至於難以啟齒,也容易假外尋求。我也終於懂什麼叫做「成為 一個人」,什麼叫做「being」,跟自己的所思所感同在,不做比自己還多,也 不做比自己還少,我很感謝兩位正式研究參與者和前導研究參與者讓我能一瞥 這個意境,雖然我還很難實踐在自身的生命裡,但確實我也受到了影響,對自 己和對人更柔軟一些。

撰寫過程中,我也反思自己是否對社會環境過於描述它對人的負面影響?

以及是否在宣揚大自然、獨處的好?像是提到參與者離開社會環境進入自然,

能獲得如能做自己、自我價值感等好處,相對於社會環境中存在著偽裝、比較 等現象。我確實多少無意地將社會與自然兩者放在對立的位置,想強調大自然 對人的好處,在這個人際社會的主流中。所以,提醒讀者跟我自己,閱讀的過程 不要落入非 A 及 B 的極端,就像是兩位研究參與者在野外獨處中獲得的領悟終 究是回到社會和關係裡頭體現,社會和自然對人都有其價值,每個人都有自己 的平衡點。

感謝您願意參與並協助完成本研究,您的野外獨處經驗和想法將對這項研 究有很大的幫助。訪談前,研究者先說明訪談目的和進行方式,讓您在訪談中 更自在。

本研究目的為探討野外獨處課程參與者的自我覺察經驗、產生該自我覺察 的脈絡,以及自我覺察經驗所帶來的個人意義和影響,以更深地了解野外獨處 的內在經驗現象。因此,此次訪談目的是透過您的分享,來蒐集關於您在野外 獨處課程的自我覺察經驗,包含整個野外獨處體驗過程、其中曾出現跟自己(含 人我關係)有關的反思、反省、了解、發現;接著進一步詢問您當時產生該自我 覺察的生命經驗和野外獨處情境,以探討脈絡;最後會訪問這次野外獨處自我 覺察經驗為你帶來什麼意義和影響。

訪談時,如果您對我的詢問有疑問時,請隨時提出,而我對於您分享的內 容若有不理解或想進一步理解時,也會主動提出釐清或追問。全程若有任何疑 問或不舒服的感受(如心情低落、被評價),也請隨時提出,我們一起建立舒 適安全的訪談。

全程會進行錄音,研究者有時為了記錄重要的訊息(如稍後想問您的問 題、觀察發現)會低頭寫一下簡要的筆記,若您介意研究者做筆記的動作,也 歡迎提出。
