訊學者專家了解現今蓬勃發展的遠距教育領域。期刊收錄學術研究、書籍、
評論等多種類型資料（Taylor＆Francis, 2018）。
3. Electronic Library
The Electronic Library: the international journal for the application of technology in information environments 於 1983 年創刊於英國，由 Emerald Publishing Limited 所出版，期刊出版的學科領域著重於資訊與知識管理，
以及圖書館研究相關之主題（Emerald Publishing Limited, 2018）。
4. Journal of Academic Librarianship
The Journal of Academic Librarianship 為英國出版商 Pergamon Press 於 1975 年所創刊之期刊，其所刊載的文章關注高等教育院校圖書館之問題與 議題，並為作者提供一個論壇予以展示其研究成果，並進行實踐應用、政 策分析、書目分析、推測學術圖書館事業未來趨勢等（Elsevier B.V., 2018）。
5. Internet Reference Services Quarterly
美國出版商 Routledge 於 1996 年創立 Internet Reference Services Quarterly 期刊，主要提供關於數位時代圖書館學相關研究與實際案例、圖 書館服務技術與創新，包含研究諮詢、資訊素養、使用者設計與可及性、
圖書館管理、線上檢索、培訓與教育等（Taylor＆Francis, 2018）。
第二節 高被引期刊與文獻分析
一、高被引期刊
本節針對 2,416 筆文獻被引用次數，篩選出超過 50 次的高被引文獻，
再根據各個文獻所刊載之期刊，以高被引文獻篇數的多寡進行遞減排序，
結果如表 5-4 所示，詳細被引用文獻之期刊參見附錄三。在 248 種期刊中，
有 151 種期刊擁有 1 篇被引用文獻，其中刊載文獻被引用超過 50 次的期 刊，統計後有 9 種。
高被引期刊多由美國與英國的出版商所出版，語言類別也以英文為主，
出版頻率以雙月刊為多，其次為季刊。在 9 種期刊當中有 4 種核心期刊、
2 種為次核心期刊、3 種為邊緣期刊，前兩名高被引文獻之期刊為次核心 期刊與邊緣期刊。

由於 Electronic Library 已於核心期刊中說明，因此以下僅針對四個高被引 期刊進行期刊特色的簡要介紹，。
1. Health Information and Libraries Journal
Health Information and Libraries Journal 於 1984 年由英國出版商 Wiley-Blackwell Publishing Ltd 創刊，至 2001 年以前刊名為 Health Libraries Review。學科主題分類為醫學科學、圖書館服務，所收錄的文獻多為案例 研究、評估或研究報告，期刊文獻的關鍵字為健康資訊圖書館、醫學圖書 館、資訊科技、醫療資訊等，多與醫學相關（John Wiley & Sons, 2018）。

2. Information Society
The Information Society: an international journal 為美國出版商 Taylor &
Francis Inc 於 1981 年所創刊，一年發行五次，其學科主題不僅包含圖書資 訊學，同時也收錄電腦科學的內容，包括：興起的虛擬社區、數位圖書館 的願景與典範、電子商務的流程、資訊基礎設備概念等，所涵蓋的內容與 範圍廣泛（Taylor & Francis, 2018）。
3. College & Research Libraries
College & Research Libraries 由美國 Association of College and Research Libraries 於 1939 年所創刊，雖然紙本期刊於 2013 年停刊，但目前仍以電 子期刊形式出版。所收錄的文獻多與學術和研究圖書館相關，亦包含圖書 館學問題的深入探討，同時對其他領域相關的主題有所關注（Association of College and Research Libraries, 2018）。
4. Journal of the Association for Information Science and Technology
Journal of the Association for Information Science and Technology（簡稱 JASIST）為美國出版商 John Wiley & Sons, Inc 所創建，曾歷經多次更名與 出版歷程，創刊於 1938 年，後於 1942 年停刊，復刊 1950 年。資訊科學 同儕評鑑的研究在國際中具領先地位，通過發表的學術研究文獻提供知識 領導能力，其收錄的研究多側重於資訊的生產、發現、紀錄、保存、展示、
檢索、操作、傳播、使用、評估、工具和技術等（John Wiley & Sons, 2018）。
二、高被引文獻
被引用次數超過 10 次以上的文獻，共有 183 篇，其中有 3 篇被引用 次數超過 100 次，11 篇被引用次數超過 50 次。表 5-5 列出被引用次數超 過 50 次的文獻，共 14 篇，其餘 169 篇被引用超過 10 次以上文獻將於附 錄四呈現。
在 14 篇高被引用文獻當中，僅有 3 篇為單一作者，其餘皆為多人共 同合著，且單一作者文獻皆於前十年出版，可說明圖書資訊學遠距教育以 多人共同合著為發展趨勢；此外，有 13 篇文獻出版時間為 1998 年至 2007 年，前十年所發表的文獻，僅 1 篇為 2008 年至 2017 年，後十年所發表的 文獻，顯示前十年圖書資訊學遠距教育的學術研究成果對於後十年、現在，
甚至可能對於未來的學術研究都具有一定影響力。

14 篇高被引文獻中，3 篇文獻被引用次數超過一百篇，皆於前十年發 表，其中 2 篇文獻的出版期刊所涵蓋主題領域除了圖書資訊學以外，包含 醫學科學其他領域之主題。以下簡要說明 3 篇高被引文獻其研究內容。
1. Second Life: an overview of the potential of 3-D virtual worlds in medical and health education
文獻發表於 2007 年，研究者透過實際案例進行研究，如第二人生醫 療、消費者健康圖書館、美國國家醫學圖書館資助的健康資訊島等，對醫 學健康圖書館館員與相關教育工作者介紹 3D 虛擬世界及其教育潛力。強 調透過電腦與網際網路創造一個多媒體環境，形成 3D 虛擬世界，使用者 可透過網路虛擬平台進行社交活動。
2. Effective e-learning for health professionals and students - barriers and their solutions. A systematic review of the literature - findings from the HeXL project
2003 年至 2004 年 Northumbria University（諾桑比亞大學）資訊管理 研究所為了瞭解衛生專業人員與學生面對數位學習可能產生的障礙，展開 一項研究調查。主要透過文獻回顧分析、學習者問卷調查、教學者訪談進 營進行研究資料蒐集。研究發現數位學習對主要的障礙為：成本、缺乏設 計、技術與技能、支持、數位學習所需花費的工作時間等。該文獻作者認 為圖書館員在數位學習扮演重要角色，應該發揮其功能，提供教學者、學 習者、專業人員等支持與數位學習教材、教學者資訊技能培訓、數位線上 資源取用管理與提供、製作圖書館的數位學習課程等。
3. A classroom of one: how online learning is changing our schools and colleges
文獻發表於 2003 年，內容闡述遠距教育發展自 19 世紀的函授課程，
到 20 世紀的遠距教育課程，學生能在不同地點與教師利用電腦進行聯繫，
隨著視訊會議、網際網路的誕生，將遠距教育擴大到另外一個層次。數位 學課程與傳統課程具有相同與不同之處，雖然數位課程提供不同於以往的 教學方式，但並非所有課程都能以數位形式進行。學術與公共圖書館認為，
這本書能夠作為瞭解數位課程如何改變高等教育的合適且值得閱讀的館 藏。
藉由上述高被引文獻，可發現醫學圖書館對於遠距教育的重視，可能 大過學術圖書館；而內容談論到歷史發展與概念理論的書目，不管在任何 領域、任何學科，仍然都是瞭解一個領域的經典之作。但是透過高被引文

獻也發現，文獻雖出版自圖書資訊學領域之期刊，但內容核心並非完全圍 繞在圖書館或圖書資訊學，一方面顯示出圖書資訊學在遠距教育方面的文 獻仍然有許多進步與提升的空間，另一方面，也顯示出檢索策略可能有太 過廣泛的問題，導致下載資料未能完全適用，故需再縮小檢索範圍。
