企業生命週期.多角化策略與公司財務特徵.融資途徑相關性研究-以 國內紡織業及電子業 上市公司為例

摘 要
本研究的目的在探討 1.不同企業生命週期，其業務多角化是否有差異存 在。 2.不同企業生命週期，主要採行的多角化策略 為何。 3.不同企業生 命週期，其公司財務特徵是否有顯著差異。 4.不同企業生命週期，其融 資途徑是否有顯著差異。 5.
採用不同多角化策略，其公司財務特徵是否 有顯著差異。 6.採用不同多角化策略，其融資途徑是否有顯著差異。本 研究 以國內紡織業、電子業兩產業中公開上市公司為研究的對象，資料經 過整理後可用者紡織業有31家和電子業有29家，使用 統計分析方法，將收 集資料進行分析，得到下列重要之發現：一、有關企業生命週期 1.企業 生命週期與業務多角化紡織 業中企業會隨著成長階段的不同，而擴大業務 多角化的範圍。研究中電子業目前則沒有這種趨勢。 2.企業生命週期主 要 採行多角化策略綜合兩個產業分析結果，可以發現企業隨著生命週期的 不同，在導入期、成長期偏重採行單一、重點業務 的策略，成熟期、再生 期則偏重採行無關業務策略。 3.企業生命週期與公司財務特徵、融資途 徑企業在進入成熟期後投 資在固定資產的擴充以及在成長期、再生期財務 控制調配上，未分配盈餘和資產攤提及稅捐等會維持在較高的水準。各生 命週期對外部的融資方面則以均衡的債權／所有權比率關係，向外借入資 金來支持公司的營運。二、有關多角化策略方面 企業在採行不同的策略時 ，公司的財務特徵和融資途徑皆有所不同。在獲利能力方面，採行相關業 務、單一業務的策略 會有較高的成效；在投資固定資產方面，採行相關業 務策略者，需準備較充裕的資金來投資擴廠；在負債權益比方面，採 行無 關業務策略者，企業舉債能力增加，可以使用較高負債權益比進行外部融 資；在未分配盈餘調配方面，採行單一業 務策略者，多保留較多未分配保 留盈餘在公司內以供給營運的資金需求。
