本研究僅針對單獨一家企業作深層的研究,因此做出的結論在學術上延伸 解釋的能力有所限制。不過,由於該個案可以視為所屬產業的代表性公司,同 時廣告產業環境與台灣相似,因此在這樣的前提下,使得本研究在組織轉型與 商業模式創新議題上產生之結果,仍保有相當之客觀公正性,並貢獻一定的參 考價值予台灣本土類似企業。
第四節、 後續研究建議
根據博報堂DY 集團進行的組織轉型與商業模式創新作為個案探討,以組 織轉型、組織復甦及商業模式等三個角度進行質性分析,了解其面臨歐美四大 廣告集團、日本國內最大競爭對手電通以及新創數位行銷公司的圍剿,要如何 規劃企業轉型策略、設計全新競合模式以及進行商業模式本質上的改革,達到 提高獲利能力轉型為世界頂尖的行銷整合解決方案服務公司之目的。
本研究從單一企業個案的實務作為中尋覓能應用於台灣企業的經驗與想 法,即使盡力於解釋其核心的變革理念,但因為產業的侷限以及個案公司擁有 的諸多特色,使得廣泛類推至其他產業時仍有適用性的問題。筆者建議未來從 事相關研究時,可至少比較兩個以上個案的相似與相異的作法,將不同企業規 模或是產業類別作為分析標的,配合相關學術研究探討更深入的應用可能性與 限制,讓優秀的台灣企業能有所參考。
