第二節 研究建議

由於本研究的個案並非設計作為研究用,因此在研究上有一些限制如先前研 究限制所述,然而本課程每年依舊進行中,並且一直在不斷的精進,預期還可在 團隊研究上提供更多的資料與訊息,因此針對之後的研究提出研究建議如下:

1. 本個案有十個組別,因此只適合做質化的歸納分析,根據文獻知識衍生 命題,而無法做量化的統計檢驗以得出更精準的結果,因此,較無法看 到影響中間名次的成因等較細微的部分,然而 AMBA 團隊經營課程將會一 屆一屆不停發展下去,建議之後的研究可以蒐集更多屆的資料,參考本 研究所衍生的命題,並綜合質化與量化的方式來做分析,以得出更具有 參考性的結果。

2. 本研究是根據現有的資料作歸納分析,訓練的部分僅能得知課程進行中 當下的反應及學習,建議之後在課程中加入前測與後測的部分,或者是 以實驗組加以對照,預期能衡量出較精準的訓練成效。

3. 有關訓練成效的部分,可加入 AMBA 學生後來在 AMBA 學習過程中,有應 用團隊之課程成績,探討團隊經營課程學習績效較好的同學是否對他未 來參與團隊有所幫助,由此可從另一較長遠的角度探討團隊經營課程的 訓練成效。

4. 可從個人的角度方陎,探討個人參與團隊的經驗與歷程是否影響個人在 團隊經營課程中的學習績效。

5. 本研究的互動過程僅採取第二階段的五週團隊發展,並採取由同學自由 填寫的方式,建議之後的研究可再發展出分類較細的團隊互動觀察表,

並讓同學在每週加以記錄其團隊特定行為的次數。此外,也可在三天兩

夜的活動中,由每組隨行的小隊輔作詳細的互動行為觀察紀錄。預期不 僅能得出更有參考性與全陎性的團隊互動過程,更可以觀察到訓練前 後,各組在不同階段中,團隊互動上的改變。
