第三節 研究限制
一、
研究方法中，本研究受限於時間及人力有限，而採橫段式研究，研究結果只能代表某特定時間內ICU護理人員的自覺工作壓力 及健康相關生活品質，然研究結果分析中可以看出個人基本資 料、健康情形、工作狀況與健康相關生活品質是有相關，故建 議未來研究可採追蹤式之研究方法，將更能了解ICU護理人員 的自覺工作壓力及健康相關生活品質之間的長期變化。
