5.2 研究限制與未來發展
隨著將翻譯研究與改編研究並置探究，逐漸成為學界及研究者之間的一股新趨

勢，且由講述形式（telling）轉換至展示形式（showing）所象徵的符際翻譯也漸
漸廣為學者所討論，因此筆者此次的研究即嘗試以不同媒介/體裁特性、歷史與
時代背景、改編內容及理念等角度作切入，檢視、剖析由非小說類型的歷史書籍
改編至劇情電影的過程與結果。
本研究所挑選的原文本內容是以敘事為主、搭配訪談紀錄的紀實/論述類型軍
事歷史書籍，然而電影參考此類型文本而進行改編的例子僅為少數。軍事/戰爭
類型的電影在整體電影市場上，始終佔有一定程度的地位，也有固定的觀眾群存
在；但是觀察近幾年的真實軍事改編電影，其所參考、改編的文本則多為個人傳
記與回憶錄性質的書籍。而這一點，便是筆者認為在未來可以繼續發展的研究方
向。經猜測與個人觀察，筆者大致上可以理解選擇回憶錄進行改編的理由，因為
其內容通常包含飽滿且鮮明的情感、情緒以及個人意見與觀點的抒發，將這些要
素轉換為影像相對來說是比較容易且合適的，而在整體呈現上也能夠得到強化；
因此，筆者認為若是未來能夠針對此類文本與其改編作品的內容進行剖析，應該
會是相當不錯的研究主題。
但要特別注意的地方在於，無論是紀實/論述類型或者是傳記/回憶錄類型的書
籍，在處理史實部份內容的時候，都需要花費時間小心且仔細的一一查證，最好
能夠搭配參考相關事件的其他史料、資料作為佐證；與此同時，由於此類型書籍
在中文圖書出版市場上屬於小眾，因此有極大機率不會有中文翻譯版本可供對照，
此點也是投入研究前需要審慎評估的要素之一。
除此之外，本次筆者的研究由於自身研究限制，僅能將重心與關注焦點擺在單
一面向，也連帶為著眼範圍設下了限制。舉例來說，筆者其實很遺憾沒能花更多
篇幅去更加仔細地探討並界定「史實、著作、電影改編」三方之間的關係，因為
就內容層面來說，其實也許有可能出現電影劇情符合史實發展，反而是原著忽略、
偏離了事實的情況，而這雖然是此次研究筆者的疏忽，但同時卻也是未來研究可
以著眼的面向。其實任何一部改編電影及其原著、原作，無關其類型或主題，肯
定都有許許多多的層面和潛在的議題可以討論，一切皆關乎、取決於研究者本身，
端看研究者如何抉擇、分析。
