第三節 研究限制與建議
三、 結論
本研究以臺灣本土的全國性資料,以較為全面的且一致的方式,估算各部位 肌肉骨骼疾病的各項可歸因職場危害之 PAF,進而推估臺灣一年與職業相關之肌 肉骨骼疾病負荷為 1,579 YLD/10 萬人;另以文獻回顧的方式,連結臺灣本土的職 場危害暴露與健康結果之資料,推估臺灣一年與職業相關之心腦血管疾病負荷為 29 YLD/10 萬人。而透過 CRA 的方式,本研究顯示高工作心理負荷及低職場正義 為現今注重的肌肉骨骼和心腦血管疾病之二項主要可歸因的職場危害,未來對於 職業健康的防治,宜多著重此二項社會心理危害暴露的預防。
