由於受限於以上因素,無法作深入研究,因此針對本研究不足之處提出以下 研究的方向與建議,提供未來研究者參考,建議未來研究者可針對本研究所作的 建議來做更深入的採討研究,也對相關業者和消費者未來的幫助有貢獻。
1. 本研究對象雖以做年齡上的驗證,而為了使有效樣本更為透徹,建議未來的研 究者增加研究對象的範圍,及增加更多的樣本數,並且除了消費者外,更可從 相關產業探討,以便能將消費者與服務提供者的意向更能順利的銜接。
2. 分析的結果會因為產業屬性有不同的結果,需進一步研究後方可了解其不同之 處。
3. 本研究僅研討涉入程度、參與動機、企業公信力、知覺價值(瓶頸)之關係,但 仍有許多其他構念可以加以研究,建議未來研究者對這方面可以加以深入採 討。
4.本研究僅針對公益型企業進行研究,亦可將其他產業的經營方式套用進行
