第六章 結論

第四節 後續研究

延續先前本文的研究限制,筆者主要可提出兩點後續研究的建議。第一,類 似本文的宏觀性分析,是未來比較政治經濟領域學術理論對話的重要素材,以荷 蘭為例,其特殊性無所不在的展現在制度建立、改革和政策邏輯等層面,其發展 對能產生許多刺激理論。

第二是有關於新自由主義全球化的最新發展依然不斷和民族福利國家互動 中,然而這股外在動力對民族國家及其社會經濟制度的挑戰,和國家如何回應的 拉扯需要接續觀察,並且等待時間考驗。

格雷(John Gray, 2000)指出全球化的迷思是以美國自由經濟市場為主體的 國際化過程,當代新自由主義全球化是一個假面的曙光(false-dawn),是美國建 構世界市場的霸權表現,他以亞洲、俄羅斯以及歐洲經濟發展模式指出,不必走 回新古典主義那般的自由放任市場模式,也能有別的選擇走出具有發展性的未 來。據此,我們可以正當質疑當代新自由主義全球化的霸權性質是否真確,倘若 為真,則小國的策略應當如何調適,並走出最適的發展。
