(2) 國民小學校長變革領導行為意向模式之研究 摘要 本研究旨在探討國民小學校長變革領導行為、行為意向及影響行為意 向之因素,以建構並驗證國民小學校長變革領導行為意向模式。依據研究 結論提供教育行政機關、學校及校長做為促進校長變革領導以增進學校創 新發展,提昇學校效能之參考。 本研究以全國地區 2658 所公私立國民小學校長為對象,使用問卷調 查法。主要研究工具為自編量表,分為校長變革領導行為量表、校長變革 領導行為意向量表、校長變革領導態度量表、校長變革領導主觀規範量表 及校長變革領導知覺行為控制量表。以 t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、積差 相關、多元廻歸分析、結構方程模式及驗證性分析等統計方法,探討國民 小學校長之變革領導行為、變革領導行為意向、變革領導態度、變革領導 主觀規範及變革領導知覺行為控制之關係,並進行國民小學校長變革領導 行為意向模式之驗證。 經由描述性與驗證性統計分析與討論,獲致以下之結論: 一、國民小學校長變革領導行為、行為意向、態度、主觀規範及知覺行為 控制之現況良好。 二、不同背景的國民小學校長在變革領導行為、行為意向、態度、主觀規 範及知覺行為控制,部分具有差異。 三、國民小學校長變革領導行為意向與變革領導行為之間具有關聯性;變 革領導態度、主觀規範及知覺行為控制與變革領導行為意向間具有關 聯性;變革領導知覺行為控制與變革領導行為間具有關聯性。 四、國民小學校長變革領導行為意向對變革領導行為具有顯著預測力;變 革領導態度、主觀規範及知覺行為控制對變革領導行為意向亦具有顯 著預測力。. (3) 五、本研究所建構之校長變革領導行為意向測量模式及結構模式修正後具 有良好適配度。 六、本研究所建構之校長變革領導行為意向之理論模式具有推論性。. 關鍵字:校長變革領導行為、行為意向、態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制。. II.

(4) The Research Model of Elementary Principal’s Behavioral Change Intention Abstract The main purpose of the research is to explore the behavioral change leadership of elementary school principal, behavioral intention and the influential factors of behavioral intention in order to construct and examine the model of behavioral change leadership and behavior intention of elementary school principal. Based on the research conclusions, the suggestions are provided for administrative authorities, schools and principals as references to enhance the behavioral change leadership of elementary school principal as well as elevate creative development and school effectiveness. 2658 questionnaires have been distributed to public and private elementary principals in the country. The major research tools applied in the questionnaire survey are researcher self-edited questionnaire scales. They are the behavior scales of the behavioral change leadership of elementary school principal, the behavioral change leadership intention scales, behavioral change leadership attitude scales, the behavioral change leadership subjective norm scales, the behavioral change leadership and the perceived behavioral control scales of elementary school principal. Based on the questionnaire survey method, the analysis methods applied in this study were t-test, one-way ANOVA, canonical correlation, multiple regression, structural equation modeling, confirmatory factor analysis to explore the variation leadership behavior, variation leadership intention, variation leadership attitude of elementary school principal, the relation between variation leadership subjective norm and variation leadership perceived behavior control and examine the behavioral intention model of elementary school principal . Through descriptive and examining statistics analysis and discussion, research conclusions obtained were as follows: 1. The current condition of the behavioral change leadership, behavioral intention, behavioral attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavior control of elementary school principal is well. 2. Elementary school principals with different background show partial difference in behavioral change leadership, behavioral intention, behavior attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavior control. 3. There is a correlation between the behavioral intention and behavioral change leadership of elementary school principal. The behavioral change leadership is related to subjective norm, perceived behavior control and behavioral change leadership intention. Furthermore, there is also a correlation between the behavioral III.

(5) change leadership and the perceived behavior control. 4. The behavioral change leadership intention and behavior change leadership of elementary school principal present a distinctive prediction. What’s more, the behavioral change leadership attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavior control of elementary school principal also present a distinctive prediction. 5. The contracted school principal behavioral change leadership structure model, after modification, has good goodness-of-it. 6. The constructed theoretical model of school principal behavioral change leadership intention is inferential.
