第七節 後記
其實沒有想到自己會在嘉蘭村的最後一天,會遇到接連兩個不同颱風的襲擊,
那兩天的景況相似的彷彿錄影帶畫面重複播放一般,讓自己困惑到底這是經歷的 是那一個颱風?在颱風將至之前,或許是身處於曾經八八風災影響最嚴重的地區 之一,讓自己不能只是如同在臺北一般的做好防颱措施就好好待在家裡,還必須為

了撤離開始思考「應變計畫」而開始緊張,是的,我覺察到自己的心理安適感開始 下降,但是,回顧兩個月以來駐點的生活環境、收集到的資訊、接觸到的人與建立 的關係,加上所屬機構的災難回應知識,發現其實自己身上已經擁有不少讓自己可 以面臨災難進而降低災後創傷的「保護因子」,等確認完應變計畫的可行性之後,
慢慢的心中變得平安,反而靜靜的等待著強風豪雨如此這般的發生,或許,在那避 難之所,復原已經開始,當晚,在避難之地,睡前留下了這段記錄:
「對於離開的各種設想,在颱風確定侵臺的時刻抵定,颱風過去,剛好就是預 定的駐點到期日。機構的訓練,讓我知道要在撤離之前確定可安身之所,或許 身處於部落又或是平日所建立的關係,讓我在風雨來臨前因為被接納的安全 感而有相當的平安與閑適,直至吃完早餐才前往安置所在,盡管在強風中,位 於二樓的住所有點晃動,但與孩子們相處的時光及互動早已模糊了懼怕,夜晚,
雨不停打在鐵皮頗為激昂,久了卻成了惰性節奏使自己伴著家人的思念入眠。
今天,就是在嘉蘭的最後一篇研究筆記..記錄自己的身處於曾經的災區,面臨 潛在災害來臨時所有的保護因子,當然,這一切的根本,源自於我的信仰。」
