五、 結論與建議

5.4 研究限制與建議

5.4.2 未來建議

本研究仍有許多不足與有待加強之處,故而在此提出幾點建議,其 能對對未來、後續的研究者提供一點方向,如下:

1. 本研究其中一個推論顯示,縱覽知識與路徑知識之間,受到不同空間能 力面相的影響,但其中關係為何?仍然懸而未決。基於空間能力牽涉 的定義與面相甚廣,建議未來研究者可以朝這個方向發展,繼續探究 空間能力中,還有哪些因素可以影響「空間知識」這個人類尋路行為 的重要概念。

2. 先前提及實驗設計上所受到的若干技術上的限制,在此也提出一點建 議:由於本研究的結果發現:空間知識的建構情形上,地標知識以慣 用地區型地標與注重地標視覺性者最好,路徑知識的建構以慣用地區 型地標者與注重地標結構性者最好,縱覽知識則以慣用節點型地標者 與注重地標視覺性者分數最高的初步結論,故而建議後續進行相關研

究的研究者,在自行設計實驗環境時可以將符合上述幾種地標性質的 類型地標置入環境當中,做為後設基礎。

3. 在實驗環境操作與顯示的方面,建議可以使用解析度更高或能提昇沉浸 度的顯示器,如自行設計環境時,考慮使用虛擬實境(Virtual Reality, VR)常用的頭戴式顯示器(head-mounted display, HMD)就是一個不 錯的選擇。此外雖然有給予受測者充分熟悉操作的時間,但個人遊戲 經驗的差別也會影響練習效果,後續研究者可以考慮給予受測者更多 練習的時間,或直接將遊戲經驗加入做為一個操縱或調節上的變項。

或者考慮讓受測者採取慣用的操作方式(如鍵盤與滑鼠的搭配 v.s. 手 把、搖桿的操作方式),也可檢驗出操作方式會不會造成影響…等等。

4. 由於本研究將地標分成種類與性質,兩者分開探討,事實上,地標的組 成也可能同時具備多種種類或多種性質,本研究只根據實驗後訪談的 狀況,採用受測者感受最強的種類與性質,建議後續研究者,可以嘗 試將所有性質都考慮進來。另外,種類與性質兩者之間有沒有什麼關 聯?也是後續研究者可以探討的主題。
