第五章 結論
第二節 研究檢討與展望
筆者選擇此議題做研究，一方面是因為國內學者較少針對這部份的研究，
一方面是對非政府組織有興趣，但真正在撰寫論文時，發現這部份的中文文獻 的確很少，筆者選擇參考的文獻幾乎都是英文，在資料的取得上稍微有點難 度，雖然有些完整文獻可從網路取得，但需要的更多紙本書籍則較不易取得，
若能有更多資源，閱讀吸收速度可能可以更快，也能夠更加完整。另外，由於 婦女議題，像是賦權、勞動等方面，尤其是販運牽涉到的賣淫問題，很大部分
和社會學相關，相關文獻也會提出較多社會學理論，因此要從國際關係觀點切 入的資料也相對較少。
婦女相關議題非常多，彼此又互相關連，所以在議題的劃分上較有難度，
牽涉到的問題與爭議也跟著增加，筆者本身在尋找相關資料時，一直看到關於 販運和賣淫的看法，存在除罪化與否和除罪化對象的問題，由於與本論文主旨 並不完全相關，又牽涉到太多法律層面和社會學，筆者也並未涉獵，因此在本 論文中並未提出討論，但實際卻存在不同的 NGOs 網絡認同幾乎相反的做法，
從這方面著手再對人權做出一些不同於以往的定義應該會有點興味。
