第五章 結論

第二節 研究檢討與展望

筆者選擇此議題做研究,一方面是因為國內學者較少針對這部份的研究,

一方面是對非政府組織有興趣,但真正在撰寫論文時,發現這部份的中文文獻 的確很少,筆者選擇參考的文獻幾乎都是英文,在資料的取得上稍微有點難 度,雖然有些完整文獻可從網路取得,但需要的更多紙本書籍則較不易取得,

若能有更多資源,閱讀吸收速度可能可以更快,也能夠更加完整。另外,由於 婦女議題,像是賦權、勞動等方面,尤其是販運牽涉到的賣淫問題,很大部分

和社會學相關,相關文獻也會提出較多社會學理論,因此要從國際關係觀點切 入的資料也相對較少。

婦女相關議題非常多,彼此又互相關連,所以在議題的劃分上較有難度,

牽涉到的問題與爭議也跟著增加,筆者本身在尋找相關資料時,一直看到關於 販運和賣淫的看法,存在除罪化與否和除罪化對象的問題,由於與本論文主旨 並不完全相關,又牽涉到太多法律層面和社會學,筆者也並未涉獵,因此在本 論文中並未提出討論,但實際卻存在不同的 NGOs 網絡認同幾乎相反的做法,

從這方面著手再對人權做出一些不同於以往的定義應該會有點興味。
