第二節 不是結束,而是開始

What is the difficult of all?

什麼是最困難的?

That which seems to you the easiest, to see with one’s eyes what is lying before them.

就是對你看起來似乎是最容易的最為困難,

就是透過雙眼來看是什麼呈現在眼前的最是困難。

「家長支持家長」是瓶老酒,不是新的創意;然而,我想「在地化」

會賦予這瓶老酒新的生命。重要的是從實踐的研究過程中,有系統地獲 得知識。

兩名陪伴家長支持三個需求家庭,是本次研究的主軸。我是參與成 員之一,更是連結中原早療中心和桃園天使心的中間人物。事實上,整 個實踐過程必須不斷地讓更多的人投入其中,甚至,應該逐漸地讓我從 啟動的關鍵角色淡出,以激發更多人的能動性。

看似容易的褪退,卻經常因為自以為是的專業傲慢而顯得困難。

以合作協同的方式展開行動,是需要時間的。參與的每個人有著自 己的想法與步調,因此,互動之中所經驗的活動、扮演的角色與彼此的 關係都需要透過協商,面對面的溝通。很多時候積極的做法反而是等候,

等待中去營造一個天時、地利、人和的機會。

看似容易的等候,卻經常因為急功近利的專業霸權而顯得困難。

中原早療中心成立之初就是秉持「支持」的概念,「家長支持家長」

的服務模式醞釀了許久,好不容易這個當頭達成共識有了行動策略;論 文不過是歷程中的一個記錄,一個階段性的任務。接下來的陪伴與友誼 才是長長久久的。
