一、研究方法限制

本研究之限制在於時間及成本之考量,無法在個案所在地進行長時間的觀察,

僅能就停留期間所獲得之資料進行研究撰寫,亦即雖有一手資料如訪談遊客所得 紀錄、親自拍攝之照片等等,仍仰賴大量的二手資料作為補強,如文宣、相關文 獻理論回顧以及網路新聞、官方網站、社群網站等資訊,雖仍有其限制,但亦因 資料多元且依循三角驗證法,不失效度與信度而使研究發現及成果有一定學術品 質與水準。其次,因語言之限制僅能與能使用英語或中文交談之訪談對象,且僅 限於遊客等需求面,因未能與個案管理階層等供給面訪談,因而探討面相僅止於 筆者所能獲取之公開資料,細部經營層面、財務層面及技術層面皆難以觸及,因 此本研究所提供對個案之建議仍待未來研究進一步驗證實行可能性。

再者,本文所採用之理論架構乃依循 OECD(2009)及眾多學者之文化遺產 吸引力提升之建議模型整理而來,尚未有眾多直接綜合探討相異類型文化遺產的 討論,亦未有足夠實際案例可供驗證,因此仍須結合其他合適成熟的文獻及個案 探討作為補充。惟檢視目前之研究發現,確能與運用之理論架構相互呼應,選擇 參考的文獻亦能作為本研究之佐證,若未來能藉由其他個案研究加以運用論證,

將能提高本研究理論架構之可用性及可行性。

二、對未來研究之建議

本研究選取法國羅瓦河流域之布洛瓦城堡及狂人國主題樂園為當地文化遺產 進行可得資源修改與積極創造資源,進一步增進比較性優勢與競爭性優勢以強化 吸引力之代表個案,並以需求面如當地居民及遊客為主要探討面向,檢視需求面 對於文化遺產經過詮釋、提供體驗、強化真實性以及商品化與行銷、品牌與意象 塑造、添入創意與創新後所呈現的樣貌,亦即本研究最大貢獻乃在整理出文化遺 產強化吸引力之方式可依循以上六項構面著手,並各自細分出三項要點作為整體 理論框架,不僅提供以需求面角度觀察之資訊提供文化遺產管理者參考,並給予 現行強化吸引力方式贊同或修改建議。未來也期望能有更多相關案例探討以檢視 本研究所提出之六項強化文化遺產吸引力構面、甚或加以補充豐富理論架構,讓 更多相異類型或擁有相異背景條件之文化遺產可以參考。且因本研究仍如上述有 時間、成本等限制,僅能以需求面角度觀察,因此對於未來從事相關研究的建議 即為可從供給面著手,如進一步訪談管理者、或蒐集如官方經營報告書等資訊,

作為六項構面可行與否之論證,或採用量化研究途徑蒐集更為大量的需求面意見,

彙整為更細緻的建議,增加研究成果的客觀性,相信都能為保存、保護充滿歷史、

藝術、文化及社會意義的文化遺產盡一份心力,並且加以活化使用文化遺產,吸 引世人瞭解文化遺產之美同時也使其能夠永續發展。
